MY MISSION

Empower visionary ADHD minds (like yours!) to overcome limitations and break new ground by leading with passion and radical authenticity

How it all began

As a child I was described as “sensitive” and “full of beans”

As a teenager and young adult, I was non-conformist and restless in chasing excitement. I pursued a degree in Computer Science as a handful of women in a room of 300 men and juggled multiple side hustles, from a babysitter for the rich and famous to a cupcake entrepreneur and even a party DJ.

I found exams and formal learning environments challenging, particularly when I got to University. In 1980s Ireland nobody was telling me I might have ADHD… but the signs were there.

I thrived at Google, and want you to feel the same way about your career

In 2005, I walked through the doors at Google for a 9-month contract, and stayed for 20 years.

During my tenure, I was promoted 7 times - navigating a squiggly career path that prioritised personal growth over ladder climbing.

During my career, I played to strengths that tie closely to my unique wiring:

  • Architecting product sales and service strategies that impacted thousands.

  • Designing and leading global initiatives to amplify talent and foster belonging.

  • Championing equity as a leader on Hiring Committees and within employee networks.

  • Mentoring and coaching hundreds of sales professionals, technical experts, and senior leaders.

My formal ADHD diagnosis came towards the end of my time at Google, and became the final piece of the puzzle. I realised that my success came from owning my unique wiring and:

  1. Prioritising regulation: I am no stranger to burnout and the work it takes to prioritise your nervous system above all else.

  2. Strengths-based collaboration: Playing to my signature strengths and building deep partnerships with colleagues.

  3. Strategic interest: Following what lights me up to harness my natural focus and energy.

  4. Advocacy: Championing for fairness and radical authenticity at an organisational level.

How I work

I want to empower you to thrive in your career - in practical ways that meet you right where you are at this moment
